So Kristin went up to the lake last weekend to enjoy ladies weekend. I stayed at home to enjoy boys weekend (me, Collin, & Luke). It was actually a rather productive weekend and I made it a priority to spend some time with the boys and the camera.
Initially it was only going to be pics of Luke’s 9 months while Collin was napping. Well as I walked up stairs to get the camera out of the office, Collin must have sensed that I was going to get the camera, which he’s been very obsessed with all week, and his nap was cut short and the photo sessions plans changed. Actually, it was almost canceled because every shirt I pulled out of Collin’s closet was not cool enough. I think he actually has a little of the sibling jealousy because all he wanted to wear was Luke’s shirt. I really don’t think a 9th outfit on a three and a half year old would be worth showing off.
Finally after getting both boys dressed (and Luke’s diaper changed…again), we were ready. Well not so fast dad…As I turned around, Son number 1 pokes son number 2 in the face. FOR REAL!!!! Why? So I am now having flashbacks of my days of working at a studios in Andover MA and the daily melt downs. I love family photo time
